SAME DAY SHIPPING: All order placed before 1pm CST will be shipped the same day. All order placed after 1pm CST will be shipped the next day. We ship Mon-Fri, excluding holidays. UNITED STATES: Domestic US orders will be shipped FREE USPS First Class or Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation or USPS Express (For $22).
Orders placed using USPS Express delivery take ONE to TWO shipping days. Customers are responsible for checking USPS delivery times. Please be aware, we cannot guarantee USPS delivery times. USPS Express mail is $22 and normally takes ONE business day. It is the buyers responsibility to check with the USPS for accurate Express delivery times:
CANADA: Canadian orders are shipped USPS Global PRIORITY INSURED mail (4-7 business days) for $22. This is a flat rate...$22 no matter how many items you buy.
INTERNATIONAL: International orders are shipped USPS Global PRIORITY INSURED mail (4-10 business days) for $29. This is a flat rate...$29 no matter how many items you buy.
Shipping deadlines are not guaranteed. Times are provided to us by the United States Postal Service. We guarantee we will get your items mailed ON TIME, but we cannot guarantee USPS delivery time.
All Domestic Mail shipments will be considered lost if they have not arrived after 14 business days, and all International packages will be considered lost if they have not arrived after 30 business days. If delivery or signature confirmation shows the package is delivered you will be required to work with your local carrier to determine the package whereabouts.
Once items are shipped, liability is covered by the terms of the carrier. We will ship to the address specified by the customer. If you did not provide us with an accurate address, neither the Bunker, nor the shipping carrier can be held responsible for the loss of an item. Please double check your shipping address.
We are not responsible for VAT that may be levied by your country upon import of your item. It is our experience that most customers do not pay VAT on our items.
Please be aware, we do not ship on weekends or official USPS holidays. We cannot honor Express shipping times on USPS Holidays of USPS closures or half day operations
NIXON ORDERS: Due to Nixon's policies we are unable to ship Nixon watches outside the US. If you are an international customer and would like to purchase a Nixon watch we will be happy to fulfill your order if you can supply us with a US shipping address. All Nixon orders with shipping addresses outside the USA will be canceled or partially fulfilled (shipped non-Nixon items only) without notice.
The BunkerOnline wants you to feel as good as we do with the purchase of your item. So, we offer a 365 day exchange and refund policy on all items purchased through our website. If, for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, this is what you have to do:
Please assure that the item is in original UN-USED condition (no exceptions). If the item has any signs of wear it will be returned to you or you will be charged a minimum 50% restocking fee. So please, do not use the item unless you are absolutely sure you are going to keep it.
E-mail us within 365 days of receiving your item to get a return authorization number from us (We like to call it an RA number) If you want to exchange your watch, check the availability of the style that you are looking for with one of our customer service representatives (email@example.com). If you get the item back to us, we will ship the exchange item to you for free (International orders must pay shipping on the exchange). However, there are no continuous exchanges allowed.
SALE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR THE 365 DAY RETURN POLICY. SALE ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE.
Return the item to us in the original packaging, with all manuals, warranty cards, and any other material that came with the watch (including any "freebies" we gave you). Please include a copy of the original invoice that was enclosed with your order. Any items that are returned incomplete are subject to a potential restocking fee.
ALL RETURN/EXCHANGE ORDERS MUST BE SHIPPED TO US IN A CRUSH RESISTANT BOX. PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ITEMS TO US IN ENVELOPES OF ANY KIND...CONTENTS WILL BE CRUSHED.
We recommend that you send the item insured to protect against breakage or lost shipments. If the item doesn't make it to us, it is your responsibility...so please make sure it makes it back to us. Do not send your watch back C.O.D., as it will be refused. We recommend using UPS or USPS with delivery confirmation and insurance.
We are not responsible for return shipping costs on returns. For items originally shipped FREE, a small fee of $8.00 will be charged for returned US orders to cover our original shipping and related costs (after all, shipping was free in the first place). US Express Orders and International orders will be refunded the FULL purchase price of their item. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
Please be aware that, unlike our other items, for BB Dakota jackets we charge an $8.00 fee on all returns and exchanges.
Unlike our other items, Paul Frank Prescription Eyewear and Modern Amusement POLARIZED glasses are special ordered and shipped directly from the manufacturer. It normally takes 4-10 days for these items to ship. Please be aware that there is a 20% restocking fee on all Paul Frank Prescription RX and Modern Amusement Polarized RETURNS. This restocking fee covers the manufacturers shipping and handling costs.
If orders are received damaged or in unsatisfactory condition, the Bunker must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of delivery. Delivery time is confirmed via USPS tracking information.
Coupons are not combinable. Only one coupon may be used for a purchase.
The Bunkeronline is an authorized dealer for every brand that we sell and products must meet our rigorous testing before we even think about offering these fine items to you our customer. BUT sometimes watches and sunglasses do require servicing and you can be rest assured that your product is covered by a manufacturers warranty.
If the item is found to be defective before you use it, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) and we will issue a refund or exchange. If the item has been used and found to be defective, it then falls under the warranty covered by the manufacturer (refer to the documentation that came with your watch or eyewear to see what is covered). Please contact the manufacturer for specific warranty information. All of the necessary information that is required to receive efficient service has been included with your purchase. Please save you receipt because trust us...your records 5 years from now are better then ours will be.

We work hard on our website photography, please keep in mind that the colors you see on one computer can differ vastly from the colors you might see on another computer. We normally use the photos and measurements given to us by the manufacturers themselves. If you have any question about the exact color or size of a particular item please call us and we will happy to describe the item to you.

All items purchased from The Bunkeronline are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
The Bunkeronline attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, The Bunkeronline does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by The Bunker itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in a new, unused condition.
