Domestic US orders will be shipped FREE USPS First Class or Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation or USPS Express for an additional $22.
Orders placed using USPS Express delivery take ONE to TWO shipping days. Customers are responsible for checking USPS delivery times. Please be aware, we cannot guarantee USPS delivery times. USPS Express mail is $22 and normally takes ONE business day. Canadian orders are shipped USPS Global PRIORITY INSURED mail (4-7 business days) for $25. This is a flat rate...$25 no matter how many items you buy.
International orders are shipped USPS Global PRIORITY INSURED mail (4-10 business days on average) for $35. This is a flat rate...$35 no matter how many items you buy.
International Buyers also have an option to ship with USPS First Class International mail. This option is only $15 (up to two pounds in weight, orders over two pounds will be charged actual price of shipping). Please note, this option is neither tracked, nor insured. Loss of packages shipped US First Class Mail International is at the sole risk of the buyer. If your package is lost, it is your responsibility.
Shipping deadlines are not guaranteed. Times are provided to us by the United States Postal Service. We guarantee we will get your items mailed ON TIME, but we cannot guarantee USPS delivery time.
All Domestic Mail shipments will be considered lost if they have not arrived after 14 business days, and all International packages will be considered lost if they have not arrived after 30 business days. If delivery or signature confirmation shows the package is delivered you will be required to work with your local carrier to determine the package whereabouts.
Once items are shipped, liability is covered by the terms of the carrier. We will ship to the address specified by the customer. If you did not provide us with an accurate address, neither the Bunker, nor the shipping carrier can be held responsible for the loss of an item. Please double check your shipping address.
We are not responsible for VAT that may be levied by your country upon import of your item. It is our experience that most customers do not pay VAT on our items.
Please be aware, we do not ship on weekends or official USPS holidays. We cannot honor Express shipping times on USPS Holidays or USPS closures or half day operations
INTERNATIONAL NIXON ORDERS: Due to Nixon's policies we are unable to ship Nixon watches outside the US. If you are an international customer and would like to purchase a Nixon watch we will be happy to fulfill your order if you can supply us with a US shipping address. All Nixon orders with shipping addresses outside the USA will be canceled or partially fulfilled (shipped non-Nixon items only).

The BunkerOnline wants to make sure that you send all of your holiday mail in time for your family and friends to receive and enjoy for the holidays. Therefore, in order to ensure timely delivery of your cards, letters or packages, please note the shipping deadlines for the following different types of domestic mail. Shipping is free to all addresses in the United States. This includes AK, HI & APO addresses. Your item will ship via the United States Postal Service. Express One Day Shipping is $22. Please note that some addresses (AK, HI and very rural addresses) may take 2 days for Express Delivery. International delivery is $15 for First Class, $35 for Priority International & $25 for Priority International Canada. International packages ship via the United States Postal Service. When will I receive my package?
We will ship your item the same day that you place the order. After 2:00PM Eastern, your order will be shipped out on the next business day. This means that even if you choose next day air service after 2:00PM Eastern, the package will arrive 2 days later. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Please note that because we ship the same day we receive your order, we cannot cancel the order once your item has shipped
The BunkerOnline wants you to feel as good as we do with the purchase of your item. So, we offer a 365 day exchange and refund policy on all items purchased through our website. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please carefully follow instructions below:
Please assure that the item is in original UN-USED condition (no exceptions). If the item has any signs of wear it will be returned to you or you will be charged a minimum 50% restocking fee. So please, do not use the item unless you are absolutely sure you are going to keep it.
E-mail us at email@example.com within 365 days of receiving your item with the full name used at purchase, your order number (if possible), and whether you would like to return or exchange your item. Returns are subjected to a maximum $8 restocking fee to cover the cost of shipping (unless additional shipping charged were paid at purchase), while item exchanges will have restocking fees waved. Exchanged items will be sent back to us, then upon arrival, the replacement will be sent.
SALE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR THE 365 DAY RETURN POLICY. SALE ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE.
Return the item to us in the original packaging, with all manuals, warranty cards, and any other material that came with the watch (including any "freebies" we gave you). Please include a copy of the original invoice that was enclosed with your order. Any items that are returned incomplete are subject to a potential restocking fee.
ALL RETURN/EXCHANGE ORDERS MUST BE SHIPPED TO US IN A CRUSH RESISTANT BOX. PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ITEMS TO US IN ENVELOPES OF ANY KIND...CONTENTS WILL BE CRUSHED.
We recommend that you send the item insured to protect against breakage or lost shipments. If the item doesn't make it to us, it is your responsibility. Do not send your watch back C.O.D., as it will be refused. We recommend using UPS or USPS with delivery confirmation and insurance.
We are not responsible for return shipping costs on returns. For items originally shipped FREE, a small fee not exceeding (US)$8.00 will be charged for returned US orders. This covers our original shipping and handling costs. US Express Orders and International orders will be refunded the FULL purchase price of their item. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
PLEASE NOTE: WE PROCESS RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ON WEDNESDAYS, WEEKLY. ITEMS RECEIVED ON FRIDAY, WILL BE PROCESSED THE FOLLOWING WEDNESDAY, AND SO ON.
Unlike our other items, Paul Frank Eyewear is special ordered and shipped directly from the manufacturer. It normally takes 4-10 days for these items to ship. Please be aware that there is a 20% restocking fee on all Paul Frank Prescription RX RETURNS. This restocking fee covers the manufacturers shipping and handling costs.
If orders are received damaged or in unsatisfactory condition, the Bunker must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of delivery. Delivery time is confirmed via USPS tracking information.
